Agreement Guideline Roofing & Construction will, however, perform the scope of work approved by the insurance company for the amount of the insurance approved proceeds, with no additional costs to you, except those for OSB and your deductible. The final scope and price agreed on between the insurance company and Guideline shall become the final contract price for the insurance approved scope. You will be responsible to pay for any upgrade or additional work authorized by you that the insurance company determines is not covered within the scope of coverage provided by your insurance policy. Supplemental claims billed by Guideline that are approved by the insurance company for additional work or increase in cost become a part of the contract.
Guideline Roofing & Construction will perform the scope of work as quoted, with no additional costs to you, except those for additional required OSB or other approved change orders. The final scope and price agreed on between you and Guideline in change orders shall become the final contract price for the contract scope. You will be responsible to pay for any upgrade or additional work authorized by you.
Special Instructions
Provide any additional special request items to be completed during installation such as removal of satellite dish, installation of new chimney cover, etc.
Installation is typically scheduled 2 weeks out from contract as a date range for the Monday – Friday that are 2 weeks from the date of signing. Best effort will be made to finalize the installation date in this range. These date(s) of service are subject to change due to unusual delays in transportation of materials, ordinary weather delays, or by any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Guideline. Dates may also be pushed based on when initial payments are received.
Payments The initial amount from the first insurance draft due to Guideline when contract is signed is calculated at 66% for under $10,000 initial insurance draft, and 75% for over $10,000 initial insurance draft. The balance of the first insurance draft is due as a 2nd payment when the roof installation is complete.
The initial amount due to Guideline when the contract is signed is calculated at 60% of total price. The 40% balance is due as a final payment when the roof installation is complete.
Mortgage Escrow* Will the mortgage company escrow a portion of the first insurance draft?
Payment Method* If selected, ACH Bank Drafts will be collected directly from your bank account, using the routing number and account number you provide.
Write separate checks for the deductible and for the initial deposit amount calculated above, and record the check numbers, Guideline will coordinate with you for receiving the checks.
If you are waiting for your mortgage company to countersign the first draft payment from your insurance company, we will coordinate with you to pick up the checks after you have deposited the draft payment and it has cleared.
When you have received the initial escrow disbursement, you will write separate checks for the deductible and for the initial escrow amount and Guideline will coordinate with you to receive the checks.
After the contract is signed, an invoice will be generated in Quickbooks and emailed for each payment. The Quickbook invoices can be paid using bank account information. Guideline will order materials and schedule work when initial payment has been received.

Signature Guideline Roofing & Construction shall hold in trust any payment from the property owner until Guideline has delivered roofing materials at the property site or has performed majority of the roofing work on the property. I/We agree, by signing below, to all the contract conditions, both above and below.
