You must already be enrolled in our free Home Protection Program to purchase this upgraded annual service plan. Charges will recur annually on your upgrade date.

Along with proactive storm monitoring of your address for high winds and hail that could damage your roof, we include 4 seasonal deep cleanings of your gutters along with any needed minor caulking repairs for 10% off the price per cleaning of our standard gutter cleaning:

• 1 spring deep cleaning
• 1 summer deep cleaning
• 2 fall deep cleanings, in November and December.

We will always contact you to confirm the scheduled gutter cleaning 2-3 days in advance.
