You must already be enrolled in our free Home Protection Program to purchase this upgrade.

Along with proactive storm monitoring of your address for high winds and hail that could damage your roof, we include 4 seasonal deep cleanings of your gutters for 10% off the price per cleaning of our standard gutter cleaning:

• 1 spring deep cleaning
• 1 summer deep cleaning
• 2 fall deep cleanings, in November and December.

We will always contact you to confirm the gutter cleanings 2-3 days in advance.

Purchase our Seasonal Home Protection Program and we will

• Blow out all gutters and all downspouts
• Blow all debris off your sidewalks, driveway, decks, patio, etc.
• Blow all debris off your roof
• Check your roof for any damage

If we find you have any severely clogged downspouts and gutters, with debris rotting in your gutters, or even plants growing out of your gutters, we will additionally

• Scoop all rotten debris out of your gutters, then
• Clear any clogs in your downspouts, down to the ground

Note: Cleaning fallen debris from your yard or landscaping is not included. We do make a best effort to capture all wet debris in the gutters during deep cleanings.
