Before a single crew member is on your roof, we take pictures from every angle to document your landscaping, lawn furniture, yard lights, etc. so anything we have to move away from the home can be returned to where it was.

We use the excellent Catch-All system to surround your home with mesh drapes that guide debris away from your home. We cover landscaping, shrubbery, stair rails, decks, and so on, with strong ground mesh or tarps, tucked up under the drapes for a complete shield around your home.

When your home has been fully draped and surrounding area covered, we take final pre-tear off photos and release the crew to get on the roof and start tearing off your old roof.

We roll magnetic brooms over your yard throughout the install as areas are cleared of debris, and then again, repeatedly, at the end of the install after all drapes and covers are folded up and put away.

As we clear an area of debris and complete the magnetic sweeps, we restore the area surrounding your home to where everything was before we started.

We take final photos of everything and share them all with you, if desired.
